What the app stores
What you type or import: sessions, setups, lap times, notes, and details about your karts, drivers, engines and tracks. It also stores your preferences, such as language, units and theme.
Where it is stored
In a local database inside the app, on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. We have no access to it.
If your system backs up your device, for example to iCloud or Google, those backups may include the app's data. Your system handles that according to your settings, not Foropista.
What we don't do
- We don't ask for an account, email address or password.
- We don't use analytics, tracking or advertising identifiers.
- We don't show ads.
- The app doesn't connect to any server, ours or anyone else's.
- We don't sell or share data, because we don't have any.
When your data leaves the device
Only when you choose. When you export a session as PDF or CSV, or a backup as JSON, the app creates the file and opens the system share sheet. You choose where it goes: Files, email, a messaging app or another app.
From then on, the file is subject to the terms of the service you chose.
Files you import
When you import a lap-time CSV or a backup, the app reads only the file you pick. It does not access other files, your photos, your contacts or your location.
Deleting your data
You can delete sessions and garage items in the app. Uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from the device. Export a backup first if you want to keep it.
Children
Foropista collects no data from anyone, including children. Many karting drivers are minors: using the app sends no information about them.
This website
foropista.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party content. Fonts are served from the site itself. The hosting provider may log technical data, such as IP addresses, to serve the pages and protect them from abuse.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with its date. If the app ever started sending data, we would say so here and in the app first.
